Abstract Submission

SPECIFIC GUIDELINES FOR PAPER

1.      Papers/abstracts MUST be received by science conference chairman (Prof. Dr. Musa Özata, hhac2017@gmail.com ) by August 10, 2017.  

2.      Papers must NOT have been previously presented or published nor submitted to, or be under consideration at other conferences or journals. Statements to this effect must be contained in the required letter of transmittal/email that must accompany the paper.

3.      Papers, including title, problem of study, purpose, method, findings and conclusions, Authors' information, may not exceed one pages (200-300 words).

Times New Roman 12 pt font should be used in paper.

4.      Papers should be submitted via email as an attachment to science conference chairman (Prof. Dr. Musa Özata, hhac2017@gmail.com).  Email submissions will be acknowledged upon receipt.  If the author (s) do not receive an acknowledgement, the track chair or program chair should be contacted within seven days.

5.      All papers will be double blind peer-reviewed. Information will be provided upon completion of the process for the acceptance of the paper notification process.

6.      Authors of all accepted articles will have the option of publishing their papers either in as an abstract in the Conference e-Proceedings.  However, in order for the paper to be included in the proceedings, at least one author of the accepted paper must register for the conference by September 15, 2017.  If those who want to publish their full-text notice send full-text notifications that do not exceed 4 (four) pages (deadline is August 30), their notifications will be put in full text in the e-book.

7.      Only select high quality papers published in the conference proceeding may be nominated for possible fast track review and consideration for publication with an affiliated journal. This recommendation will be made by the chairman (Prof. Dr. Musa Özata, mozata@ahievran.edu.tr) upon the advice and recommendation of the Journal Recommendation Advisory Committee.

Note1: Abstract text should be sent both in Turkish and English. (Non-Turkish participants can only send in English)

Note2: Presentation will be available in English and Turkish. The language in which the presentation is to be made should be indicated in the abstract.

Note3: It is sufficient to send summary papers for the evaluation of the referee. If the articles are converted by the authors into articles, they will be published by the supporting magazines after referee process.

Note4: As a result of the evaluation of the scientific committee, 10 selected declarations will be given 'Prof Dr Adil Artukoğlu's best papers award'.
